Hi, I’m Val, and welcome to my world.

Terra’s ingredients are years of RPG gaming and listening to Power Metal music, with a Classic Fantasy-flavoured sauce and a little bit (a lot) of Dungeons and Dragons sprinkled on top.

Tempest of Bravoure is the first series I put out there for the world to read, to interact with people who like my writing, build an audience, etc, etc… Most of my content can be found on Royal Road.

My goal is to get traditionally published, but before I could do that I needed to “hone my craft,” as the literary people say. Publishing ToB has taught me a lot, and I’m ready for the challenge. I’ll find those literary agents and pitch my next book.

I want to give dreams to people. The real world is an overwhelming place, and if I can give someone in need refuge in my world, then the Tales of Terra would have done what they were always meant to do.
